All services provided are non-refundable.

Rescheduling?

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session without penalty. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost.

Late fees?

Clients who arrive late for their scheduled session will receive the remaining time left in the appointment. We ask that clients notify us as soon as possible if they are running late. Persistent lateness may be subject to additional fees or rescheduling.
